2. A notification email care of Sales Admin will be sent to the vecino referrer informing him/her of the incentive. 

    3. Successful referrers will earn a Referral Incentive (see Table 1) and will be contacted via email for the next steps. 

- Vecino can choose one (1) of the following Referral Incentives: 1) Cash Incentive. Will be released via check or through bank transfer. For check release, Aboitiz Land will issue an Acknowledgement Receipt for signature of the Vecino Referrer.

2) E-Gift Certificates. Will be sent to the referrer’s personal email. 

Referral Verification

1. Each referral will undergo verification to confirm that the referred buyer was not previously assigned to a seller or marketing lead.

2. Sellers are strictly prohibited from self-declaring their sales as Vecino Referrals. Please note that a Vecino Referral will be considered void if the Vecino Referral Form is submitted after the transaction has already taken place. 

3. Sales Operations will conduct random verification calls to ensure the legitimacy of referrals.

4. The company reserves the right to reject fraudulent claims and take necessary actions to maintain fairness in the program.
