Vecino

An Aboitiz Land vecino referrer shall refer to all Aboitiz Land buyers with booked transactions from the following active projects: Ajoya, Amoa, Foressa Mountain Town, Seafront Residences and Villas, The Villages at LIMA Estate, Priveya Hills, Pristina North Residences, and The Persimmon Studios.
The registered Aboitiz Land vecino shall fill out the name and contact details of his/her referral in the Vecino Referral Form and submit the entry.
Each referral resulting to a successfully closed sale, the vecino is entitled to receive cash incentives.

Cash Reward

Each vecino referrer is entitled to a referral fee which shall be released in tranches based on milestones.

2. The in-house partner seller from Aboitiz Land shall issue the official receipt on behalf of the vecino referrer.

3. A notification email from Aboitiz Land Sales will be sent to the vecino referrer informing him/her of the cash incentive.

Referral Verification

Each referral will undergo verification to confirm that the referred buyer was not previously assigned to a seller or marketing lead.
Aboitiz Land’s Sales Operations will conduct random verification calls to ensure the legitimacy of referrals.
The company reserves the right to reject fraudulent claims and take necessary actions to maintain fairness in the program.
